Colin Paul Seah - Managing Director

Colin graduated from United Kingdom with a degree in engineering, a post graduate degree in computer science and a diploma in Chartered Institute of Banking. He worked in the banking sector for several years before managing a trust company in Labuan. Having being in Labuan since the beginning of 1994, he is one of the most experienced trust officer in Labuan.

Betty Teo - Director

Betty holds B.A. Hons (Agribusiness) Degree and a law degree from University of Canterbury in England. She was called to the English Bar at Gray's Inn, London in 1991 and was subsequently called to the Sabah (Malaysia) Bar in 1993. She is a founding partner of a Labuan based legal firm, M/s. Foo Teo and Associates which deals in both onshore and offshore matters.
